What Is Kill Switch?

Easynews VPN includes a Kill Switch feature that protects Internet traffic in the event of a lost VPN connection. By stopping all network access immediately, Kill Switch prevents accidental exposure of Usenet usage or other sensitive browsing.

How to Set Up Kill Switch

1. Open the PrivadoVPN app.

2. Click the Kill Switch icon.

3. Click Settings.

4. Check the box under Kill Switch.

5. (Optional) Enable local traffic during disconnects by checking the appropriate box.

6. (Optional) Click Applications Kill Switch, then Add apps to apply the Kill Switch only to designated programs.

7. Connect to a VPN server.
