Take your Easynews Usenet access on the go with a fully portable SABnzbd setup. No installation needed—just follow these steps.

Follow These Steps for Easynews Portability

1. Create a main directory for SABnzbd’s data on your USB drive.

2. Use only relative paths from the INI location.

3. Start SABnzbd with the -f flag to point to your INI file.

4. Choose 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 for the server host.

5. Reserve a standard port like 8080.

6. Use the included script for setup:

   portable.cmd -s 127.0.0.1:8080 -f path/to/sabnzbd.ini

7. Update firewall settings to allow Internet access on required ports.
